Not really, no. As long as it demonstrates your skill and devotion to the spot you wish to apply for.

You really can't get negative stars. You can't bet what you don't have. If you have 0, then you just have stay active by roleplaying and dueling and you'll get stars for being active.

Well, I'm applying for the position as one of the Ambassadors. I'm not sure if this is where I apply, or if this how I apply, but I'm applying none the less. ^_^

Maybe a few things I could add are: I was an original Riskbreaker, back in Shadow893's day. I was in the original IG until it split. I'm a current General of the Dojang, so I know how factions are run and I'm sure you could ask most anyone in the Dojang, and they would tell you good things about me. (hopefully) I feel that I'm a reliable candidate for this position, so...um, thats all I have. Yeah. =O
